WHAT IS A BROKER DATA ACCESS AGREEMENT?

MLSmailings.com™ is required for your security to gain the permission of the Principal Broker of each participating office to access and utilize your listing data and information. Once your office is signed up, no further authorization is necessary. Agents can sign up individually or brokers can choose to register entire offices or organizations. Each agent is responsible for his or her own account unless a corporate account is registered for your company.
