HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Follow our simple step-by-step process to register for your account on www.MLSmailings.com. Brokers and Agents, please fill out our Broker Data Access Form which gives us permission to access your listing data for postcard fulfillment. This form need only be filled out once for your office and there is no fee requirement involved. Your Broker IDX access and data are held in the highest security and used only for the purpose of automated postcard mailing.

WHAT IS A BROKER DATA ACCESS AGREEMENT?
MLSmailings.com™ is required for your security to gain the permission of the Principal Broker of each participating office to access and utilize your listing data and information. Once your office is signed up, no further authorization is necessary. Agents can sign up individually or brokers can choose to register entire offices or organizations. Each agent is responsible for his or her own account unless a corporate account is registered for your company.

HOW CAN I UTILIZE THIS SERVICE WITHOUT BROKER ACCESS AGREEMENT OR MLS PARTICIPATION?
You have the flexibility to market your listings using our convenient QUICKCARDS! While they do not have the automation, they have the same first class first impression quality as our automated cards. Within minutes you can send these cards manually and still enjoy the same 48 hour turn around time. Should we procure an agreement with your MLS provider or your broker choose to provide access to your data, your account can be quickly switched to the automated system.

WHAT IS A QUICKCARD?
QUICKCARDS allow our clients to enjoy the quality and professionalism of our postcards when the automated system is unavailable. Within minutes of uploading your property photo, listing information and price, your cards will be processed. You may then choose to upload your own list of prospects, or take advantage of our data mining capabilities to locate the homes nearest your listing. As with our automated system, our minimum order is 100. You will find the same full color, beautifully crafted and UV coated postcards available and shipped within 48 hours. Our highly skilled support staff is available to walk you through this manual process should you need our assistance.

83¢ per Jumbo size postcard, including First Class postage
8¢ per mailing address
There is an initial $24.95 setup fee.
Your account will then only be charged only when we mail your postcards!

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH LISTINGS I WISH TO INCLUDE OR EXCLUDE?
Yes, with our QUICKCARDS you have the flexibility to pick and choose which listings to announce. However, with our automated system there is a small window of opportunity to opt out of sending your cards. Immediately upon receiving the MLS number for your listing, please log in to your account, enter the MLS ID number and choose Opt Out or call our Customer Support Center at 1.800.287.5710.

HOW SOON CAN I GET STARTED?
Your MLSmailings.com™ automated postcard mailing will begin upon verification of your Broker Data Access Authorization and MLS Provider partnership. In many areas, this process will be immediate. In other areas of the country the process could take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Should your process be delayed for either reason, you are welcome to utilize our QUICKCARDS mailing service until we can verify MLS access. Please feel free to initiate our QUICKCARDS to send your Just Listed and Just Sold on your current listings as well! Our service team will work with you to ensure you know exactly where we are in the MLS processing for your area.
